About this tool
Keep only the pages you need by entering ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-10, or split the whole document into one PDF per page. Nothing is uploaded, so confidential files stay on your device.
Writing page ranges
Separate numbers and ranges with commas. A range uses a dash. Pages are copied in the order you list them, so 5, 1 puts page 5 before page 1, and listing a page twice repeats it.
| You type | You get |
|---|---|
| 3 | Just page 3 |
| 1-3, 5, 8-10 | Pages 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and 10 (7 pages) |
| 5, 1 | Page 5 first, then page 1 |
Deleting pages
There is no separate delete mode. Instead, list the pages you want to keep. To remove page 4 from a 12-page file, enter 1-3, 5-12. The result is a new PDF and your original file is not changed.
Split into single pages
The second mode creates one PDF per page and shows a button for each, so you can download only the ones you need. Your browser may ask permission when several files download in a row, and a long document produces a long list.
What to know before you split
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be read. Remove the password first.
- Digital signatures do not survive, because changing a signed document invalidates the signature.
- Bookmarks and form fields may not be kept in the new file.
- Everything happens in your browser, so confidential files are not uploaded.
