What to write to us about

• A bug. Tell us which tool, what you did, what you expected, what happened, and your browser and device. A small sample input helps, as long as it contains nothing private.
• A correction. If a calculator rate, slab or rule looks out of date, send the tool name and a link to the official source. We check corrections quickly, because accuracy matters most for finance and tax tools.
• A tool request. Describe the task you are trying to do and which tool you currently use for it. Requests from real use cases decide what we build next.
• A privacy question. See the privacy policy first, then write to us if it does not answer your question.
• Anything else. Partnerships, press, or general feedback are welcome too.

Please do not send

Passwords, API keys, access tokens, bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information. We never need them to help you, and email is not a safe place for them.

Before you write

Many questions are answered on the tool page itself, in the how-to steps and the frequently asked questions below each tool. If a tool misbehaves, try refreshing the page and testing in another browser, which solves most issues with files and extensions.
